 Welcome Friends, Kancil here. Today, I create a New Town Hall 15 War Base Design for you. If you're new here consider Subscribing! Because here I will share with you a Great Base Design for every Town Hall levels, and I will also explain each specific building placement so you guys can understand it.

 Let's talk about this Base. At the base this time, I put Eagle Artillery in the middle. above that I walled off and placed the Clan Castle and Air Sweeper. Beside it as the first layer area occupied by the Inferno Tower, then in the Eagle Artillery area I placed 2 Builder's Huts and a Monolith. The Builder's Hut here can reach several defensive buildings around it to be able to recover its Hit Points. and I made a layered wall under the Monolith to make it difficult for enemy troops to enter the area especially like Golem and Electro Titan. also, I place traps like Air Bombs and Seeking Air Mines to hinder aerial enemy troops like Ballons or Dragons.

 

 In the Clan Castle area earlier, I placed 1 Scattershot and 3 Builder's Hut as well as some traps such as Spring Traps, Bombs and Air Bombs. This area is connected to the upper area where I placed a Town Hall guarded by an Invisibility Spell Tower, a Poison Spell Tower, 1 Single Target Mode Inferno Tower, 2 Mortars, 1 Wizard Tower and 2 Storage Barrels. Also, some traps like Giant Bomb, Spring Trap, Bomb, Skeleton Trap and Seeking Air Mine. of course it would not be easy for the enemy troops to destroy this area even Queen Charge or Flame Finger would not be effective. Outside of that area I also placed a Hidden Tesla and Cannon so they could act as a diversion before enemy troops entered the Town Hall area.

 On the right and left of the Town Hall area, I made an area to place Air Defense, Wizard Tower, Archer Tower and Cannon as well as 2 Giant Bombs. So when the attacker uses Blizzard, the effectiveness will definitely be dropped in this area so they can destroy the Town Hall and Scattershot, and that's the role of 2 Giant Bombs in this area.

 Continue down again, to be precise on the left and right of the Eagle Artillery area I made an area to place 1 Hero, Bomb Tower, 2 Archer Towers, 1 X-Bow and 1 Cannon. as well as 1 Storage Barrel which can hinder the movement of enemy troops. After limiting it with a wall, I connected this area to the lower area and there I placed several other defense remnants as well as Heroes and Traps too. 

 I'll talk again about the Clan Castle, placing it in the middle is so that attackers can't lure CC troops at the start of their attack, and that will add difficulty to their attack. and so that your opponents run out of time when attacking I advise you to fill their CC with Ice Golems, 3 Ice Golems will really drain a lot of their time and will prevent them from getting full stars from this base.
